Deep Tissue & Remedial Massage

Remedial massage works on tight muscles and where necessary, a firmer deeper pressure is used to fine tune the treatment for each individual's needs. When deep pressure is applied, it greatly assists with the elimination of toxins that have built up in the muscles. Essential oils are not usually used for remedial massage.

As well as complete body treatments, remedial massage can be used just for specific areas such as back, neck and shoulders, hands and arms, feet and legs, scalp and ears.

Sometimes patients feel very sore the next day, but usually report that soon after, pain and stiffness has been greatly eased.
