BABY MASSAGE TUITION

BABY MASSAGE TUITION

When babies are born touch is an absolutely vital part of their well being and comfort. Mothers natually massage their babies, it is instinctual and nurturing, and so encourages the strong and lifelong bond that is so important. Natural oils of Sunflower and Sweet Almond oil are used with Lavender essential oil in a low dilution.  These oils bring natural vitamins into the bloodstream bypassing the digestive tract. Lavender helps to bring balance, calms, soothes, and heals. Its good in a burner, try 6-8 drops to draw bacteria out of the air.

Massage has shown to be very effective for infants in hospital, it helps to reduce colic, constipation and irritability.  It also improves the immune system which is immature at birth.  It helps to nourish their skin and promots confidence and balance for when they grow as children. It is also brilliant to aid restful sleep.

CLASSES ARE ONGOING E-MAIL FOR MORE INFO.  HELD IN TICEHURST, EAST SUSSEX  OR HOST A COURSE OF 6 WEEKS AND GET FREE TUITION.
